This course, Becoming a Conductor, provides candidates with the skills and knowledge necessary to plan, deliver and facilitate the ISCA's Lifespan Aquatics Programming. This includes the ability to teach most of the courses within the overall program, in accordance with the standards.

The course takes up to 28 hours to complete.

Pre-requisites:

Lifesaving Instructor Trainer or Water Safety Instructor Trainer and/ or 2 years coaching / teaching or administrative experience and/or National Sports Training Courses and Awards.
