Objectives
The Becoming a Conductor course provides candidates with the skills and knowledge necessary to plan, deliver and facilitate the following courses:
- Full Teachers Course,
- Upgrade and
- Principles of Healthy Child Development
Teach and act in accordance with the standards of The Swim Academy and ISCA's Lifespan Aquatics Programming.
Pre-requisites
- Lifesaving Instructor Trainer or Water Safety Instructor Trainer and/or two years of coaching / teaching or administrative experience and/or
- National Sports Training Courses and Awards.
- Approval process and/or recommendation from provincial executive director.
